Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops invites an experienced Retail Shift Lead to drive daily operations and customer service at our Page, AZ location. You will supervise a team, oversee inventory, and ensure a safe, clean store environment that reflects our standards.

We value internal growth and offer ongoing development. Candidates should have prior retail leadership experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong communication skills to support a high-energy team and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Job Functions

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment.

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership
• 1+ year of proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams

Skills And Demands

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
