Job summary

EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the team in a fast-paced pawnbroker environment. You will drive sales, coach teammates, and uphold service excellence while providing a friendly, courteous store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include loan processing, setting terms, and managing opening/closing procedures. Eligible candidates will have supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills, with a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment as well as strong time-management and prioritization skills. It is also important you display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships.

Additional Requirements for the Role

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
