EZPAWN Alabama, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Birmingham, AL. The role offers pathways for advancement and a structured training program to grow leadership skills in a fast-paced pawn environment.

You will lead teams, provide outstanding customer service, process loans, and help drive sales while coaching teammates. Competitive pay and benefits are offered as part of EZCORP’s career-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.
• No cost for TM only medical insurance when selecting BlueCross BlueShield EPO Plan.

Responsibilities

• Processing loans and extensions.
• Coming to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
• Performing opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervising and coaching store Team Members.
