Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Ohio seeks a Retail Shift Lead to guide daily operations, maintain a welcoming store, and support the management team.

You will lead teams, ensure safety, handle cash processes, and deliver outstanding customer service, with growth opportunities within this family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail management and/or team leadership.
• 1+ year of proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations.
• 1+ year of training and/or developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, along with adherence to proper safety procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and optimal customer service.
• Assist the management team with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and manage cash register operations.

Job Functions:

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.
