Qualifications

• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

You will provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, all while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Requirements for the Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) role

• The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs.
• You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment as well as strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• It is also important you display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships.
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
