Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail or customer service with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations during the shift and ensure staff perform well.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Train, mentor and support new employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocking and ordering.
• Manage cash registers and ensure accurate transactions.
• Enforce health and safety protocols for a safe environment.
• Report operational issues and staff performance to management.
