Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information about store products and services.
• Support customer inquiries and requests in person and by phone.
• Handle daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate sales floor activities for efficiency.
• Welcome customers and deliver courteous, professional assistance.
• Keep sales floor, stock areas and displays clean and organized.
• Process customer purchases including payments and receipts.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by management.
