Job summary

Pressed Juicery is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily operations and mentor team members in Scottsdale, AZ. You will deliver warm guest experiences, drive sales through product storytelling, and ensure high standards of service and store cleanliness.

You’ll lead by example during busy shifts, help onboard new staff, and uphold safety guidelines while managing inventory and daily tasks. This on-site role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, wellness, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Sales: Follow Mystery Shop guidelines to ensure your store reaches 100%.
• Team Support: Support and guide fellow team members throughout the shift.
• Team Support: Help onboard and train new team members by modeling Pressed standards.
• Team Support: Model a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
• Daily Store Operations: Prepare, serve, and package products—including wellness bowls, Freeze, and juice orders.
• Daily Store Operations: Fulfill in-store and third-party delivery orders.
• Daily Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including storage areas and in-store restrooms.
• Daily Store Operations: Cut fruit, clean equipment, and uphold food safety standards.
• Daily Store Operations: Open and close the store as scheduled and complete daily checklists (Zenput, etc).
• Inventory & Admin: Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
• Inventory & Admin: Share guest feedback and operational insights with the General Manager.
• Inventory & Admin: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
