Job summary

Pressed Juicery in Los Angeles is seeking a Shift Lead to guide guests through wellness journeys and to support a vibrant store environment. You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and ensure consistency in service, product knowledge, and store operations.

You will prepare, serve, and package items, assist with inventory, and help achieve daily sales goals while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail (preferred).

• Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, friendly guest experience (warm welcome, and gracious goodbyes).
• Engage guests with product sampling and passionate storytelling about our ingredients and benefits.
• Drive sales by actively recommending products and enrolling new members in our loyalty programs.
• Role model elevated service and teamwork to exceed sales goals.
• Follow Mystery Shop guidelines to ensure your store reaches 100%.
• Support and guide fellow team members throughout the shift.
• Help onboard and train new team members by modeling Pressed standards.
• Model a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
• Prepare, serve, and package products—including wellness bowls, Freeze, and juice orders.
• Fulfill in-store and third-party delivery orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including storage areas and in-store restrooms.
• Cut fruit, clean equipment, and uphold food safety standards.
• Open and close the store as scheduled and complete daily checklists (Zenput, etc.).
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
• Share guest feedback and operational insights with the General Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions
