Job summary

CVS Health in Hawaii is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. In the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, you will lead staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions, maintain displays, stock shelves, and uphold confidentiality. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a pay range of $18–$27 per hour depending on

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities and communicating with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and support opening/closing procedures.
