Store - L.RCK-N. LITTLE ROCK, AR

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading, merchandise duties, and store recovery to uphold our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Helping customers locate products and providing solutions
  2. Executing cash handling with efficiency and accuracy
  3. Promoting and enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
  4. Educating customers on VOC surveys
  5. Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
  6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
  7. Completing merchandise recovery and store maintenance
  8. Supporting store in-stock optimization and AD set duties
  9. Supporting shrink and safety programs
  10. Adhering to SOPs and company policies
  11. Maintaining respectful interactions and promoting a positive store environment
  12. Cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Retail/customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Mobility throughout the store
  • Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stretch
  • Work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments; some work may require lifting heavy items and climbing ladders
Additional Information:

Must be at least 16 years old. The role involves working nights, weekends, and early mornings. All applicants must meet legal requirements and be able to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations if needed.
