A leading company in the automotive retail sector seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support store management and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing store operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.
