AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members by phone and in person, determine service needs, and route to the correct area. The role may include notary and DMV license transactions, membership sales, and cashier duties.

You will support daily administrative functions and uphold Quality Assurance standards. Responsibilities include handling registrations, issuing TripTiks, assisting with travel reservations, processing payments, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• GED required and ability to handle multiple tasks daily.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior staff preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Proficiency with state DMV licensing processes.
• Notary license obtained or able to obtain within 1 year.

Job Summary

Job Duties

• In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.


• Prepares TripTiks®; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials.


• Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations.


• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.


• Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.); offers automatic renewal feature.


• Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal.


• Issues passport photos and IDP’s.


• Processes Travel Money product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales.


• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits. Assists with daily, weekly and monthly reports.


• Performs notary services in accordance with the National Notary Association and Club procedures.


• Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members’ product needs and service.


• Mentors and trains junior employees; assists with timekeeping and scheduling branch employees.

Qualifications

• High School GED Required


• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience Preferred


• Solid computer literacy and data input skills


• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others


• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system


• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments on a daily basis


• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license.


• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred

• Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences. (5% proficiency)
