This position will be hybrid- both in office and remote. The Ordering Retail Service Representative will focus on providing customer service for delivery partners and customers. This is not a customer facing role and is more closely aligned to data entry and administrative duties. This role will require you to be onsite a few days a week. Training period will be 5 days in office.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:* Performs data entry level clerical work related to RbA CORO sales and service, of limited complexity and variety.* Perform administrative tasks associated with job* Processes complex orders/requests, with 100% accuracy from intake to filing.* Ensures customer management system is updated appropriately.* Clarifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer order issues.* Creates packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process.* Prepares customer correspondence.* Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.* Communicates order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and provides customer/delivery partner feedback.* Administers programs, e.g. customer referral program.* May train others in office and customer service processes.* May create purchase orders, process payments or process receipts.* Ability to develop and establish good interpersonal relationships.* Demonstrates ability to work and contribute in a team environment.* Flexibility & positive outlook* Listening skills* Detail orientation**QUALIFICATIONS**:* High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years' work experience to include order processing work* Demonstrated word processing, spreadsheet and general computer skills* Strong phone etiquette & verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution* Intermediate writing skills* Able to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area.* Knowledge of products/services* Persuasiveness* Time management* Results orientation**PAY RANGE:**$18.05 - $26.15**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
