Independently resolve escalated issues when possible, work with direct leadership when necessary* Identifies opportunities and challenges for retailers; provide suggestions and input for quick resolution, potential future tools, and/or best practices.* Strong written and verbal skills; solution focused and results oriented. Limited direction of daily activities.
