ACO-US is seeking a Retail Service Merchandiser in Monroeville, PA to perform reset and remodel tasks, including plan-o-grams and new item placement. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced grocery environment.

The position offers a Monday-Thursday 7 AM start with occasional Fridays, a stable weekly schedule, and a collaborative team setting, supporting merchandising excellence for clients and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to travel to various store locations within your area.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete reset work.
• Move and clean shelves, install new racks and fixtures, display merchandise, attach tags and shelf strips, and check date codes for accuracy.
• Check date codes and ensure plan-o-gram integrity throughout the process.
• Perform pack-outs, restocks, and other merchandising tasks as needed.
• Partner with store personnel and teammates to achieve merchandising excellence and maintain strong working relationships.
