Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are a must.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs desired.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom.
• Ensure all transactions are processed timely and accurately.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and handle cash responsibly.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to team members effectively.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills
