GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to help keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly. You will welcome customers, handle transactions, and uphold all age-verification and legal requirements for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and assisting in other departments as needed. This role requires reliability, a customer-first attitude, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is appreciated, but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become an expert in lottery, cigarette and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Upsell customers when possible to increase sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside, including restrooms and parking/pump areas.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh.
• Cross-train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and assist wherever needed.
