GPM Investments LLC is hiring Sales Associates to keep stores clean, safe, and welcoming while handling transactions and customer service. The role involves cash handling, knowledge of lottery and alcohol sales, upselling, and supporting store operations.

Candidates should be reliable, able to work weekends/holidays, and comfortable in indoor/outdoor environments. Prior retail experience is a plus, with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is appreciated but not required.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and quickly.
• Comfort with learning store policies and legal requirements for lottery/alcohol sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle register transactions with accuracy and speed.
• Learn and comply with lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sale rules and age verification.
• Upsell products to increase store revenue where appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out, including restrooms, pumps, and lot.
• Restock shelves and displays so merchandise looks neat and inviting.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed; support team as required.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; be a collaborative team member.
