Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Installation and Service Technician to support retail customers by installing and repairing Inventory Control and Video equipment in store environments. You will handle service calls, train customers on equipment use, and maintain parts inventory to enable first-time fixes.

Qualifications

• Possession of an EL 06 License.

Role Overview

• Install and repair Inventory Control and Video equipment in retail environments.

• Maintain an accurate parts inventory to support first-time fixes and efficient service delivery.

• Report customer satisfaction updates and any service or sales opportunities identified during visits to management.

• Support safe, effective field work while representing Johnson Controls professionally at customer sites.

• Own every installation and repair with accountability, safety, and integrity, making sure the work is completed correctly and effectively.

• Focus on what matters most at the customer site by managing service calls efficiently, staying organized, and removing avoidable delays.
