We are seeking a skilled Installation and Service Technician to join our team. This position involves working across retail environments to install and repair Inventory Control and Video equipment. Success in this role is achieved through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate accountability and integrity by ensuring all installations and repairs are completed safely and effectively. Focus on critical tasks by managing service calls efficiently and maintaining accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with customers and team members to address issues promptly and provide training on equipment use. Pursue continuous improvement by staying updated with training and certifications, and applying feedback to enhance service delivery. Maintain an accurate parts inventory to support first-time fixes and efficient operations. Report to management regularly on customer satisfaction and any service or sales opportunities identified during visits.
