Job summary

Treston Security Services is hiring a Retail Security Supervisor for a Hollywood location. The role requires leading a team, ensuring proper staffing, and maintaining a secure store environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing access, patrols, and incident reporting while coordinating with the client’s Asset Protection and Retail Security teams. A California Guard Card and prior supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California BSIS Guard Card.
• Previous security supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Retail security or loss-prevention experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Availability for the complete posted schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned security officers and ensure all posts remain properly staffed.
• Conduct shift briefings and assign officers to entrance, roving, and restricted-area positions.
• Verify officers report on time, in proper uniform, and with all required equipment.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the store.
• Coordinate with client’s Asset Protection Team, Retail Security Manager, and management.
• Respond to safety concerns, guest conflicts, emergencies, and law enforcement contacts.
