Securitas Global Clients America in Peabody, MA is seeking a Retail Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.

Positions include Part-Time, Full-Time and Weekend shifts with pay rate of $18.03 per hour. Duties include routine patrols, enforcing policies, and quick response to incidents.

This role requires strong customer service, sound judgment, and ability to work with mall management and local responders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Valid driver's license if required by site.
• Ability to obtain state security licenses.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with CCTV, access control, and report-writing software.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Conduct routine patrols throughout the mall.
