Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Patrol Driver for a Retail Parking Lot Access Control role in Santa Ana, CA. You will patrol the site by vehicle and on foot, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and staff.

This is a full-time, mix-shift position with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. The schedule includes multiple shifts across days, with requirements for a valid driver’s license and a Background check.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen are required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates and visitors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the retail location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor for unauthorized access, theft, property damage and hazards and report observations.
• Assist with access control, traffic flow and incident documentation while maintaining a visible presence.
