You will patrol interior and exterior areas, operate CCTV, document incidents, and coordinate with local authorities as needed. A valid guard license and ability to stand long shifts are required; evening and weekend availability

Qualifications

• Guard license and any local certifications required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and patrol interior/exterior areas.
• Strong verbal and written communication; de-escalation skills.
• Keen observational skills; report risks and incidents promptly.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the shopping center.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and parking for suspicious activity.
• Operate CCTV and respond to alarms or incidents.
• Provide first aid and assist injured individuals when needed.
• Prepare incident reports and liaise with authorities.
