Job summary

Allied Universal, Denver, CO, is seeking a Security Officer Retail Patrol to protect clients across Retail/Malls. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor areas, deter incidents, and deliver courteous service while communicating professionally with customers, employees, and visitors.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe the location for unusual conditions or activity, reporting concerns according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
