Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Guard Card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and staff while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Maintain activity logs and incident reports.
