Qualifications

• Active or retired Police Officer required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under stress.
• Strong observational and detail-oriented skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Proficient computer skills including CCTV and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Patrol store premises to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Monitor CCTV for suspicious activity and security threats.
• Assist customers and employees; respond to emergencies.
• Enforce store policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with local authorities on security concerns.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for all security events.

• Ensure all assignments are executed and documented.
