Qualifications

• Active or retired police officer with required licenses.
• Ability to communicate effectively and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with CCTV, access control and incident reporting tools.
• English language skills required; reliable in client sites.

Responsibilities

• Patrols and protects the store area to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to suspicious activity or incidents.
• Provide customer and employee assistance during emergencies.
• Prepare clear incident reports and coordinate with management and authorities.
• Support security operations with professional, customer-focused service.
