Qualifications

• Must be active or retired Police Officer.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sales floor and parking areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity.
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify suspicious behavior or security threats.
• Provide assistance to customers and employees, including medical emergencies or disputes.
• Enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with store management and local law enforcement to address security concerns.
• Complete detailed incident reports documenting security incidents or activities.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance security knowledge and skills.
