Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid License 2 required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physical tasks may include lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, and working in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate front desk logs for people, property and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents including emergencies at the property and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.
