Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking experienced security officers (armed or unarmed) to protect clients and properties across the United States. The role involves lobby desk duties, patrols, control center monitoring, access control, emergency response and risk management.

Ideal candidates have law enforcement, military, or corrections background and display exceptional people skills and ownership. Positions offer training, PTO, insurance options, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience
• Two years of security experience
• Law Enforcement Experience
• Corrections Experience
• Military Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field

Responsibilities

• Deter criminal activity and misconduct
• Respond to alarms, calls of distress, or emergencies by contacting police, fire departments and local emergency responders
• Make periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, and unauthorized persons
• Operate access control systems and security software; prepare incident reports
• Demonstrate strong customer service, professional demeanor and appearance
• Manage multiple tasks and communicate via radio/telephone in high-pressure environments
