This position provides an anchor shift with optional additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. The job emphasizes customer service, adherence to site policies, and the ability to respond to incidents calmly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, stockrooms, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and deliveries as required by site-specific rules.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate to site leadership.
