Responsibilities

• Maintain high-visibility presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unwanted activity.
• Conduct routine foot patrols inside and around the store or shopping center.
• Respond to theft, trespassing, or disturbances professionally.
• Communicate updates with store staff, property management, and on-site personnel.
• Support loss prevention by observing shoppers and reporting shoplifting.
• Provide customer service, directions, and inquiries while prioritizing security.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
