Job summary

First Class Security is seeking a vigilant Security Officer for a big box retailer in Winston-Salem, NC. You will patrol on foot, monitor entrances, and deter theft while ensuring guest and employee safety.

Responsibilities include regular property patrols, securing doors and access points, reporting incidents, and coordinating with dispatch and local authorities. Must be 21+, have a valid security license where required, and be able to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods and work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Must possess or be eligible for a valid security license (as required by local jurisdiction).

We are seeking a professional and observant Security Officer to provide retail security for a big box retail store in Winston-Salem. The officer will be responsible for conducting foot patrol around the property, standing at the entrance, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and serving as a visible deterrent to theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.
