Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Branch Security Officer in Troy, MI to maintain a secure environment for clients and employees and to be the first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

You will support store operations, uphold security procedures, and collaborate with the management team to deter theft and respond to emergencies while delivering a memorable in-store experience as a Tiffany brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience in a security-related position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times.
• Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients.
• Support store operations to consistently achieve sales plans.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft and respond to emergency situations.
• Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through inspections and report submissions.
• Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.
