Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• 18+ years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and retail employees by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report per established procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas and entrances.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity to staff.
• Complete incident logs and other documentation accurately.
