Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of the retail location, including sales, entrances, parking, and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and security concerns.
• Assist with access control and support store opening/closing activities; maintain incident and patrol logs.
