The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Seasonal Team Member at the Richmond-WHITE OAK store in Virginia. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find what they need, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking and maintaining store recovery, while promoting the Rewards program and handling omni-channel tasks such as BOPIS and SFS. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

• Maintain store recovery, participate in SISO and AD sets, and follow SOPs.

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
