About the Role: As a Retail Sales Associate for our clients, you will be the direct point of contact for customers, guiding them through the latest mobile devices, internet services, and connected home solutions. You will be instrumental in creating exceptional customer experiences, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their digital lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers on the sales floor to understand their technology needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate a wide range of products and services, including mobile phones, plans, internet solutions, and accessories.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer journey from start to finish.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including new activations, upgrades, and service changes.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and current promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects the brand's image.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a performance-driven environment is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
