Role Description

This is a SEASONAL (August 25th - October 14th)- Part Time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Nantucket Massachusetts. The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, provide knowledgeable assistance on products and brands, and guide shoppers through the selection and purchase process. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor, restocking merchandise, processing transactions, and handling returns or exchanges in line with store policies. The role also involves building ongoing relationships with customers, supporting boutique events or promotions, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and deliver a consistent luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and present details about multiple luxury brands.
• Ability to work on-site in Nantucket, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or fashion boutiques is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as stocking and merchandising.
