A leading retail office equipment company is hiring a Retail Sales Travel Specialist in East Naples, FL. This entry-level position involves engaging customers with travel solutions and assisting with TSA Precheck, passport photos, and more. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and be flexible in their work schedule. Benefits include generous paid time off and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and must be a U.S. citizen.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• 1+ years customer service-related experience.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand, and walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with comprehensive travel solutions including product sales.
• Complete customer fingerprint images and biometric processes.
• Support other areas of the store during your onboarding period.
• Verify customer identity, scan required documents into database system, take passport photos.
• Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes and paperwork.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.
• Support other areas of the store during your 8-10 week onboarding period.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned or needed in the store.
