Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs' C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including asset protection and inventory control.
