The Sales Team Lead will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure product knowledge and merchandising standards are met, while handling safety, opening/closing tasks, and store compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and delegation skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals and participate in Manager on Duty shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and train the team.
• Lead and coach the team, manage priorities and communicate concerns.
• Keep product knowledge and merchandising up to date and ensure standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, safety, and cash handling.
