Job summary

Palmetto Moon in Franklin, TN is seeking a part-time Sales Team Lead to support the Store Sales Manager with driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will handle opening/closing procedures, assist in training staff on product knowledge, and help maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or sales environment is required.
