Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for helping drive sales performance, mentoring team members, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will serve as a key point of support for both customers and staff while contributing to the success of retail campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support a retail sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Interact with customers to provide product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that highlight key benefits and features
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building meaningful customer relationships
• Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns, in-store events, and customer outreach efforts
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and professional development
• Support the onboarding and training process for new hires
• Track customer feedback and share insights to enhance sales strategies and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of RP Marketing & Co. at all times

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or promotional marketing is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with marketing initiatives, community outreach, or social media is a plus
