Listings Project is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Team member in New York City. The role involves front-line sales, inventory processing, online order fulfillment, and daily visual merchandising in a small, collaborative shop environment with limited-space challenges.

## Retail Sales TeamLEIFPosted about 21 hours agoSave this Listing---Full TimeNew York CityWilliamsburg, Brooklyn$21.50 — $23/hr PLUS guaranteed annual pay increases, employer-subsidized health/vision/dental, 2 weeks PTOAbout the role: Our full time sales associate role is not your typical retail job — you'll be an important member of our small team, heavily involved in everything that happens in the shop daily from open to close: including but not limited to working the sales floor, inventory processing, shipping online orders, visual merchandising.Responsibilities include: + Being an all-star salesperson and conveying a natural ease and authenticity while engaging with customers. + Demonstrate an authentically friendly yet elevated level of sales and service through communication, product knowledge, body language & morale + Maintain the welcoming, inviting feel of our brand by greeting and thanking every customer + Conduct sales transactions on POS, accurately ringing up items and packing with care and attention + Receiving new inventory and managing existing inventory. + Providing and assisting with customer service as needed via in-person interactions, phone and email, while offering expert product knowledge + Monitoring e-comm sales, carefully packing items and shipping out online orders + Shop upkeep, visual merchandising, organizing stock in back of house. + Maintaining the storefront (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, etc). + Working closely with owner and the rest of the team to streamline the business and grow sales.....and much more!
