Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools in Massachusetts is seeking a Supervisor (full-time) to lead a high performing team and take pride in their work. The anticipated rate is $21.00 per hour, with eligibility for a monthly bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and a 401(k).

Associates accrue up to 152 hours of PTO and up to 64 hours of sick time annually. The schedule runs 6am–10pm.

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
