Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to meet store needs.
• Experience selling retail products or services is preferred.

• Experience coaching a team or supervising others is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage conflicts effectively.
• Commitment to honesty and integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Ability to lift/move materials as needed (10–50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role and direct the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing responsibilities; perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain an engaging store environment and be available to support the team.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with completing and delegating operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviours to win, using role plays and feedback.
