• Focus on an exceptional store experience, consultative selling, driving conversion, and total solutions.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role to deliver a great customer experience.
• Support company initiatives and adapt to change or additional duties.
• Maintain an engaging environment and assist with daily merchandising tasks.
• Delegate operational tasks with the GM and coach the team through feedback.
